My friends and I had a wonderful time on our recent paddle on the Myall River with Lazy Paddles. Jess and Darren were the perfect guides, teaching us all about Tea Gardens, the Myall and some of us how to kayak! Would highly recommend a Lazy Paddles Tour when visiting Tea Gardens
A fabulous mixture of paddling tips and commentary covering ship wrecks, fauna and the local region. We felt very safe in the hands of Darren and Jessica for our morning on the water. Highly recommended!
A very easy, relaxing and picturesque 2 hours paddling around the Myall River (Tea Gardens). The drinks break at the midpoint on an island in the centre of the lake was a bonus. Our guide Jessica gave great commentary of the lake, its flora and fauna and the history of the lake as we paddle past wrecks, birds and mangroves around the lake. The 3 dads and their five boys loved it. The experience was well worth the money. Thank you Darren and Jessica.
As a new local in Tea Gardens I hire a kayak from Darren almost weekly. He and Jessica are very reliable, prompt, helpful, experienced and with lots of local knowledge. The equipment is in good condition, single, double, sit on or sit in kayaks, with safety equipment supplied. They also have a small range of accessories for sale should anyone need any. They even have a card payment facility. I really enjoy the whole paddling experience with them and don't have to transport and store the kayak.
We used Lazy Paddles on our Christmas break at Tea Gardens and loved it! They were really flexible with us changing our kayak at the last minute, and it was so easy - we just turned up and everything was done for us. I highly recommend this company!
