I can say amazing place,perfect pool,great rooms,whatever you see on the website its there and many more.we went there our 10 years anniversary we were very happy about the location and place.Specially reception lady KAREN she was very friendly and helpful.i will be going there for sure.Thanks soooo much karen and management.
Lovely facility facing the water. They have a mini beach that is part of the pool. Our nephew who is 2 had a great time playing there. Apartments are spacious and well appointed. Karen Chen the manager was very helpful. We have recommend the Boathouse to our friends and will return.
The resort is great - the reception was really friendly and the room was very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities for a north coast stay. The pool was good to have there too. This is a great fishing spot and there are a few small shops and restaurants down the road towards the bridge.
If I could give no stars I would! The place is false advertising, our dishes were filthy on arrival, I went to talk to someone at reception and no one was around to help. The beds are uncomfortable and there were cockroaches in our room. I would not recommend this place. We spoke to reception the next day to check out because we were not spending another night there, she refused to give us a refund & she was so unprofessional & unfriendly. Dont let the website fool you like it did us. $1000 down the drain.
This resort is wonderful in all areasThe apartments are spacious, well equipped and clean. Maintenance is excellent.The pool area is great and there is a small gym , sauna and steam room.There is a bbq area for guests.The Resort management are very proactive and always there to help.
